Demolition And Rebuild Of BWS Liquor Store:
Situated in North Adelaide, the project entailed the complete dismantling of the old liquor store structure, including the removal of its dated wooden ceiling with foam attachments. In its place, a fresh structure was erected with a contemporary wooden grey internal finish as specified by the client.
One of the distinct features of this redevelopment is the insert windows, which have been strategically positioned to ensure optimum natural lighting. For the convenience of patrons, double glazed doors have been installed, while a separate sliding door has been added to simplify inventory restocking and daily operations for the staff.
Arnott's Biscuit Factory: Partitioning Project Overview
At the renowned Arnott’s Biscuit Factory, our team embarked on a detailed project to incorporate partition walls across different areas of the factory. The core aim was to demarcate specific production zones, meeting varied operational demands. Insulated panels were instrumental in this makeover, serving two primary functions: providing sound insulation to reduce noise disturbances and ensuring distinct temperature controls for the unique needs of each production area.

For our reputed client Ventia, our Team has taken on a comprehensive project focused on the exterior cladding of a container. This container is slated to serve as a telecommunication shelter for Telstra. Key to this transformation are the insulated wool panels enveloping the container, ensuring optimal temperature regulation and protection. Additionally, we’ve integrated a fire-rated door for enhanced safety measures. The shelter’s resilience is further strengthened with roof sheets placed atop. Once prepared, these shelters are set for dispatch across Australia, standing testament to our commitment to quality and functionality.
